The Bootcamps! What does a BXSC Bootcamp offer?
A strength and conditioning gym’s touch on the bootcamp genre; short, fast paced sessions aimed at increasing fitness, dropping body fat, developing strength, and improving flexibility, all through a perfect mixture of conditioning and weightlifting.
These sessions are perfect for introducing individuals new to strength and conditioning training, whilst also being scaleable for the more advanced individual.
