A GOAL, A PLAN AND SOMEONE TO HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE
Finding Accountability
I’ll be honest with you: I used to be that person who had a gym membership but never went. I’d pay my weekly fee and say, “Next week, I’ll go.” But my situation just kept getting worse.
There was a point when my back pain was so bad, and I had so little energy, that even walking hurt. I knew I needed to work on my strength, but I just wouldn’t go. Sometimes, we need help. ❤️
For those who can pay for a gym membership and get themselves there, that’s amazing. I salute you! But I’m not like that. I need accountability, a structured program, and someone to message me if I don’t show up.
So, I got a coach. I found a group training program designed to get me stronger. And I did.
I loved it so much that I started my own gym with this exact idea in mind: to coach those who need a little extra accountability and guidance. For those who are so busy with kids, responsibilities, and work that they just need someone to tell them what to do.
This morning, I coached over 30 people across a couple of sessions to get stronger and fitter. I messaged the ones who didn’t show up to keep them accountable, and they all wrote back saying they’ll be in tomorrow. 🔥
If you need a little extra accountability with either personal or group training, send me a DM. It’s what we do at Bathurst Strength and Conditioning. 😍
